WASHROOM DEGREASER HPC8

This is a revolutionary new naturally occurring enzyme & bacteria based cleaning product with NO chemical components, which breaks down organic matter such as urine, fats, grease, starch, protein, etc and gives a high level of cleaning whilst also having a patented odour counteractant to deals with the smells associated with organic matter.

HPC8 is a blend of naturally occurring friendly microbes, which work in conjunction with a natural bio-degradable surfactant to clean hard surfaces and deal with organic dirt.

Most smells emanate from organic dirt such as urine, faeces, vomit and body odour to name a few.

HPC8 contains the following naturally occurring bacteria strains:-
Urease (urine – eg ammonia)
Lipase (Fat – eg fast food)
Protease (protein – eg milk)
Xylanase (vegetable – plant extracts)

The product is pH Neutral (not acidic or alkaline) and controls the odours and surface dirt using a natural surfactant for surface cleaning, a pleasant fragrance to show the area has been cleaned and then the odours are encapsulated (sealed) and then inwardly digested by the microbes. The bacterial strains are able to identify what organic dirt is present and then product the correct strains i.e. urine present they produce Urease, etc.

The product does not rely on high fragrance concentrations to mask smells, nor the use of harsh chemicals, which does not clean the source of the odours and therefore the return. In effect our product is intelligent in that it recognises the source of the odour i.e. urine, faeces, vomit, etc and then produces natures appropriate ‘cleaning response’ to deal with that problem.

The product will also sit dormant on a surface and wait for a food source to come into it’s presence, therefore even if someone urinates in an area or is sick and it takes 8 hours to get be cleaned up, the bacteria present will still be working and dealing with the problem immediately.

The product is especially suited to cleaning High Traffic Public Areas, Washrooms, Public Toilets, and Municipal Showers where body fats, smells and dirt are difficult to remove without the use of harsh chemicals.

The product can also be used neat as a non-chemical drain unblocker. This can be done up to 500ml for severe blockages.

The product is 100% natural, non-chemical, pH neutral and will not damage pipe work or surfaces.

Contains a chelating agent, which reduces the build up of lime scale. The product is not an active descaler, but will reduce the need to descale and hence the need to use harsh acidic cleaners and the COSHH implications with these.

Application
Drain Cleaning: Use at 4:1 with lukewarm water, pour into drain and leave for as long as possible before flushing.

Floor and Hard Surface Cleaning: Use at 10:1, this is a highly concentrated product and effective at very low concentration.
Allow a few minutes contact time, then rinse well. It is advisable to pre-wet the surface prior to using this method to destable ground in stains.
