USES
DESCRIPTION
Solvent free polyurethane seal coat and primer.

COMPOSITION
A clear two-pack polyurethane resin system.

BOND STRENGTH
CRF WBPU applied to a correctly prepared substrate exhibits bond strengths in excess of concrete and failure occurs in the concrete rather than in the polyurethane system on test.

THICKNESS
Nominal 125µm.
SUBSTRATES
CRF WBPU adheres to concrete, wood, metal and most flooring compositions.

SURFACE PREPARATION
To be assured of maximum adhesion and properties from CRF resin products, the correct surface preparation is essential.

MIXING
Pour the full contents of the hardener container into the full contents of the resin container and mix thoroughly with a slow speed electric stirrer for a minimum of two minutes.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUES
Apply by brush or roller, working the resin well into the surface. On porous surfaces apply further resin until the surface is completely wetted out. Push out the resin as thinly as possible, just leaving enough resin on the surface to give a wet appearance.

Rough porous concrete 28m²/5kg unit
Average finish 40m²/5kg unit
Smooth finish 50m²/5kg unit

CURE SCHEDULE
Pot life @ 20°C - 20-30 minutes
Pot life @ 10°C - 40-50 minutes
Touch dry @ 20°C - 15-20 hours
Touch dry @ 10°C - 16-24 hours
Full cure @ 20°C - 3-5 days

It is recommended that barrier creams, gloves and protective clothing be worn when working with CRF WBPU. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
