USES
CRF. Pitch Epoxy System is used predominantly where a waterproofing membrane is required on concrete floors, it can also be used by the incorporation of a non slip aggregate, as a hard wearing floor seal for Roll on Roll off ferries, and heavy industrial use. CRF. Pitch Epoxy System can also be used for the protection of metals from corrosion.

DESCRIPTION
CRF Pitch Epoxy System is a two pack easy to mix Epoxy Coating. The product has exceptional adhesion due to the silane impregnation within the coating.

Base - Pitch Epoxy (Black in colour)
Activator - Amine (light straw in colour)
S.G. - 1.10
Pot life - 35 minutes
Touch cure - 6 hours
Recoat time - 6 hours
Surface appearance - Gloss.

APPLICATION
All areas for coating must be clean, dry and free from any loose debris or laitance. The Resin and Curing Agent should be thoroughly mixed for approximately 2 minutes so that an even black coating is evident. CRF Pitch Epoxy System should, once mixed, then be applied using a short nap brush or roller to the substrate. When the first coat is touch dry a second coat should then be applied at right angles to the first, to ensure complete coverage.

COVERAGE
4m per kg per coat.

PACKAGING
2.50kg & 5.0kg units.

CLEANING
Brushes and equipment can be cleaned with CRF Tool Cleaning Solvent, this should not be used for washing hands and skin.

HEALTH & SAFETY
It is recommended that barrier creams, gloves and protective clothing be used when working with CRF. Pitch Epoxy System. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. After contact with skin wash immediately with plenty of soap and water.
